When you hire Bloomo Studio for email design, automation, analytics, or consulting services, a separate proposal or agreement may outline project scope, pricing, deliverables, revision limits, and timelines.
Work typically begins once payment or an agreed deposit has been received.
Bloomo Studio reserves the right to refuse projects involving illegal activities, spam, hate speech, harmful content, or misleading marketing practices.
All designs, templates, and creative assets created by Bloomo Studio are provided for the client’s internal business use only.

Bloomo Studio may showcase non-confidential portions of completed projects in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise.
Freelancers who apply or work with Bloomo Studio must provide accurate information regarding their skills, experience, and availability.
Freelancers operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Bloomo Studio. They may not represent themselves as official staff members.
Freelancers must keep client information confidential and may not reuse project materials without permission.
Pricing, billing schedules, and payment terms will be specified in project proposals or service agreements.
Payments are typically required upfront or according to agreed milestones. Late payments may delay work delivery or pause services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their mailing lists comply with applicable laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or other regulations. Bloomo Studio is not responsible for compliance violations resulting from client data or practices.
Bloomo Studio designs and builds emails for platforms such as Klaviyo and other email marketing tools. While we follow best practices for design and structure, we cannot guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, open rates, or marketing results.
Email performance depends on factors including list quality, domain reputation, platform rules, and sending behavior, which are controlled by the client.
Each project includes a defined number of revisions, outlined in your proposal or service plan. A revision refers to minor adjustments such as layout tweaks, color changes, or small content edits.
Requests that significantly change the original scope, such as new design directions or additional templates, may require additional fees.
Project timelines may be affected if feedback is delayed or incomplete instructions are provided.
Bloomo Studio aims to meet agreed timelines. However, project delivery depends on client responsiveness, asset availability, and approval timelines.
Delays caused by missing information, scope changes, or third-party platforms may affect delivery schedules.
Because all work is customized for each client, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.
If communication stops for 10 business days or more, the project may be considered abandoned and closed.
Bloomo Studio uses trusted third-party platforms to deliver services, including tools such as Figma, email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, analytics tools, hosting providers, and payment processors.
These services operate under their own policies, and Bloomo Studio is not responsible for outages, service disruptions, or data incidents that occur within those platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomo Studio is not responsible for indirect damages including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Bloomo Studio may display completed work in portfolios or marketing materials. Confidential information such as subscriber lists, revenue data, or internal metrics will never be shared without permission.
If you prefer your project not be displayed publicly, please inform us in writing.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be handled through appropriate legal authorities in Finland.
